Air Force Museum of New Zealand
Spend an hour or an afternoon at the Air Force Museum of New Zealand - with free admission and something for kids of all ages, it’s a place for the whole family to explore together!
Discover and reflect on the story of our Air Force through fun and engaging, hands-on exhibits and activities. Not only will kids see amazing aircraft of all shapes and sizes, they can even pretend to be a pilot by climbing inside a jet cockpit or replica Hercules transport plane. For a more immersive experience, the whole family can test their flying skills in our “Mosquito Mission” flight simulator, while the ever-popular Museum Hunts are a great way to explore the fascinating and colourful objects in the galleries.
